Q: HOW DOES WB-EMS WORK?

A: WB-EMS mimics the body's natural muscle activation, where the brain sends electrical impulses to trigger muscle contractions. In WB-EMS, however, external electrodes placed on large muscle groups deliver low-frequency impulses (up to 150 Hz), causing brief muscle twitches that, with repeated stimulation, lead to full muscle contractions.
